Salary: $17 - 20 per hourReference: MFFCU -DGSeeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Member Services Representative.Located near Loan Depot ParkSchedule M-F 07:15AM 03:45PMResponsibilities:Provide exceptional service to members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with banking transactions.Process account openings, closures, and maintenance requests accurately and efficiently.Assist members with online banking services, including troubleshooting login issues, setting up new accounts, and guiding through online transactions.Handle payment processing, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Serve as a resource for members seeking information on products, services, and account features.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including teller and reception areas, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and enhance overall member satisfaction.Provide coverage for teller and reception duties during breaks, ensuring uninterrupted service to members.Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to safeguard member information and maintain compliance.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal banking, with a strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services.Bilingual proficiency in [Languages Required] to effectively communicate with our diverse member base.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and maintaining records.Proficiency in online banking platforms and familiarity with common banking software and tools.Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to cover teller and reception duties as needed during breaks.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting member privacy.Benefits:Weekly PayAfter 30 days: Health, Dental, Vision, GAP, Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Life Insurance.Holiday Pay: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and ChristmasMilestone Bonus of 40 hours for every 1200 hours.Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.Ascendo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, parental status, military service or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.CoralGablesAFTEMPby Jobble
