Responsibilities include managing sales, profit margins, payroll, expenses, hiring, training, and exemplifying excellent customer service.Responsibilities:

• Hire high-caliber team members to support sales, EBITDA/SOC, labor, shrink, and gross margin goals.
• Drive customer count growth and achieve Mystery Shop scores of 95% or higher.
• Source, select, and retain "A" players, and ensure efficient operation and planning.
• Maintain industry knowledge, focus on customer service, and demonstrate proactivity and integrity.
• Develop team members and foster a collaborative, positive work environment.Qualifications:
  • Completion of all required training modules, including GMIT and Talent Platform.
  • Ability to participate in the succession program.
