Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,130 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct liver/transplant RN experience required License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS (must have at time of application), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) Must-Have: Strong liver, heart, lung & kidney transplant experience reflected on skills checklist. Proficient in Misonix/CUSA. Experience putting organs back in the new patient is essential. Description: The position requires availability for shifts from 11:00 to 23:30. The role involves liver call and other cases if no liver transplant cases are present. Candidates must possess strong experience with liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplants. Experience must be clearly reflected on the skills checklist. Candidates should be proficient in Misonix/CUSA equipment. Experience in transplant is required, particularly the ability to put organs back in the new patient, not just harvesting. On-call requirements include one shift per week and two 12-hour weekend shifts per month. Travelers must be nicotine-free as this is a smoke-free facility. A negative 10-panel drug screening, including nicotine, is required within 12 months of start. Candidates must be willing to participate in training for students and new staff. Travelers will not be accepted if they have any license hits. All requests for time off must be submitted upfront, as additional requests may not be approved. Modules and compliance documents must be prioritized upon confirmation of the assignment. Candidates must have two references from a direct supervisor or manager for a minimum of 18 months of experience.
